When you order. Your name, email, phone, shipping address, the items you bought, and the amount paid. We keep an account for you so you can see your order and its status.

When you pay. Card payments go straight to Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers and we never store it. We only see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether it succeeded. If you pay by Venmo or Cash App, we see the handle the payment came from so we can match it to your order.

When you browse. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and a cart session so your basket survives a page reload. If you arrive through an affiliate link we store that referral code for up to 60 days so the affiliate gets credited.

If you join our list. Just your email address, and only if you give it to us.

To take payment, ship your order, tell you where it is, handle refunds and returns, answer your questions, credit affiliates correctly, keep the books, and prevent fraud. That is the whole list.

We use a small number of services, each doing one job:

• Stripe — card payments and fraud checks.
• Resend — sending your order and shipping emails.
• GoAffPro — attributing affiliate referrals.
• Vercel and Rocket.net — hosting this site and our store.
• Shipping carriers — your name and address, so a parcel can reach you.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We will disclose it if the law requires it.

Order records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Your account until you ask us to close it. Affiliate referral codes for 60 days. Server logs for a few weeks. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe, which is one click in any email we send.

Email support@grizzlygrp.com and we will action any of the following: send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. No forms, no hoops. We will confirm when it is done.

Deleting your data may mean we cannot honour a warranty or a refund on an order we no longer have a record of — we will say so before we delete anything.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply the rights above to everyone regardless of location, so you do not need to invoke a specific law to use them.

We use the minimum: a cart session so your basket persists, a login session if you have an account, and an affiliate referral cookie if you arrived through a partner link. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site. Blocking cookies will break the cart, but nothing else.

This site is not for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will remove it.

Traffic to this site is encrypted, card data is handled entirely by Stripe, and access to our store is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it rather than hope you do not notice.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email anyone with an account.
